Harmonics are multiples of an original frequency of sound that add to and modify the original frequency. They are chime like sounds that can be played by barely even touching an instrument. I have always equated harmonic sound with the concept of memories, therefore I believe it is the perfect sound to convey memory or a series of memories to an audience.
